My boyfriend is a binge eater and used eating as an emotional stand-in until we met. He was overweight, on two blood pressure medications and Welbutrin for depression. He also smoked a pack a day. His binge eating was severe to the point that he'd order and eat 4 fast food meals in one sitting without a second thought.

Seven months later he eats normal portions of healthier foods, he walks for half an hour 3-4 days a week, he's over 40 pounds lighter and on only one of the two blood pressure medicines - and half of the original dose of that. We've both successfully quit smoking and drinking and...

I'm working on it, too. I've been going to Weight Watchers since Jan. 2. Check out my tagged WW.

I just haven't worked any acticity into my routine, and THAT's what I should have done the last two nights!

Congrats on your efforts to get healthier!
