Thanks, John. It's a lifelong journey and the long term goal is to keep it off once I get there. But it's been a pleasant journey thanks to my many friends (supporters) on LJ.

Well, the constant in all of these photos is that you look handsome. Congrats on your fitness goals being attained! My favorite photo/icon is of you with the deep blue background and red shirt. Perfection! HUGS!
