It's quarter to five and I'm in the middle of seeing my last patient in clinic. The last patient, had her scan and of course now needs to be monitored for half an hour. Why is it that these patients are always the last on the clinic list, if they were earlier I could be getting on with seeing other people during that time but now there's nothing
