about 3 months ago i hurt my right knee walking up some damn stairs, its been hurting me ever since. i try not to do anything too difficult so that way it keeps the pain away as much as possible. i've seen the doctors here and they don't seem to know whats wrong with me...but the last orthopidist told me that I have a possible miniscus tear. it
