Fic notes: General Guidelines to Writing

I’m currently feeling slightly aggrieved with the lack of decent fics around, and the desperate lack of decent writing in general, so I felt a Guidelines post would be a good (and long overdue) idea.

Wow. That was great. I'm not a writer whatsoever, however I do consider myself a relatively good judge of what is "good" or "bad"

This really intrested me, even though I'm a million years late.

My close friend has a real passion for writing. At her age, she has maturity beyond her years to accept the fact that there are just some things she can't handle in writing or reading. (super abuse, depression, death...etc) She also acknowledges the fact that research must be done to write about something you know nothing about! I'm really proud of her. She's on her way to getting a beta. I think this will intrest her a lot. *goes to send this post to her*
