I quit again. This time I've learned that I absolutely CANNOT have just one. Because if I do have one, I will rationalize another and then another and then I will justify full time smoking again

Go You! It is so weird, cuz the same thing happened to me. Just one here and there but it is still smoking. Bad us! YAY to renewed quitting.

Well, it's been over a week, so I'm doing ok.

"Smoked her legs off"? Oh my god. That will stay with me for a lifetime. I'm sorry to hear it, but it will keep me off smoking forever.

BTW, if you need help- after the Revlon Run/Walk, I was walking around the Health Expo and was handed a packet from some hospital asking me to send this to someone who's trying to quit. It's a "welcome kit" from a pharmaceutical company whose product is called Chantix. If you want it, I'll give it to you.

I don't need any more pharmaceuticals than I'm already been taking. The patch works, I just have to stick to it.
