6. How long have you been a fan?: well, I will say 11 years, an you will all be like "wtf?" But yes, I first heard Green Day when I was 4. My dad liked Dookie and he played it for me, because I was raised on good music. But I guess it was until I was a bit older that I actually understood and appreciated Green Day more than anything.
7. What's your favorite song music-wise? Why?: Oh gosh...although my favorite song is Android and I am totally in love with it music-wise, I am going to state facts. Jesus of Suburbia is definately the best song, musically. Seriously, it is mind blowing. I almost shit my pants the first time I heard it. hahah
8. What's your favorite song lyric-wise? Why?: Hmm...I will go with One Of My Lies. My all time favorite Green Day lyric is "Why does my life have to be so small, yet death is forever. And does forever have a life to call it's own?"
9. Have you been to any concerts? How many? What was your favorite part of the concert?: I Have seen them 4 times.My 5th and 6th times will be October 8 and 9th. I can not choose my favorite part of it.I don't think that is possible. Every second of their concert, I am in heaven and the feeling is so surreal.
10. How did Green Day impact you and your life? I would not be the same person I am today. First of all, Billie has inspired me like no other to pick up a guitar. Although I suck at it, whenever I listen to Green Day, it gives me the encouragement to do better. Green Day has taught me things about life. They are just 3 guys to some others, but to me they are gods.
11. Favorite member? Why?: That, I can not choose. I seriously love them all equally. Without one of them, Green Day would not be. Each are an amazingly talented and brilliant person in their own way. Billie has written some of the most amazing songs in the history of music. His voice is beyond angelesque and he is a great guitarist. Mike...he wrote the greatest bass line ever while on acid. He is such a talented bass player, and should definately sing more often. He also has written some of my favorite songs, such as Ha Ha You're Dead. Tre, behind that innocent little face of his, lies the craziest,coolest, and most talented drummer ever. I have not seen a drummer be as tre cool as Tre Cool.
12. Favorite Album? Why?: Dookie. That is an anthem for every growing kid. Every song relates to you and, at least for me, has helped me through hard times.

14. What do you think of the new American Idiot Album? Explain thoroughly.: I love it. The first time I heard it through, I cried. Yes, Green Day does that to me. Every song is brilliant. It is different from some of their other albums, but it just goes to show how Green Dayis not afraid for something new. They put a challenge upon themselves by making a concept album after they made an album that disappeared.There are a lot of bands out there afraid of change. Record after record, they put out the same thing. What I love about Green Day is that you can always expect something new. American Idiot showed how much they have matured as a band.
15. Do you like the New Green Day or the Old Green Day better?: Although I love new Green Day, I will have to go with old. Albums like Dookie is what defines Green Day.
16. what do you find most annoying about people who aren't "true" fans?:What I hate most is that they think Green Day just came out and that American Idiot was their first cd. Here is an example from a personal experience of mine: This girl was like "oh my god, I love Green Day *sings blvd. of broken dreams*". I was like "oh, you like Green Day? They are my favorite band. I've been a fan since Dookie". The girl "What's Dookie? eww poop?" me- "umm...it was thier 3rd album that came out in 1994" the girl "How can that be?! Their first cd is American Idiot! hehe". Ya, I wanted to slap her.
17. Why do you think Green Day is different than the normal of their genre? Well, as I said earlier, a lot of bands are afraid of change. You see bands like Simple Plan and Good Charlotte (no offense if any of you are fans) and they are just staying the same. Green Day is the only band in their genre that evolved.

19. who do you relate to more? and why? I really don't know. Billie because I play guitar. Mike because he seems more like the quiet guy, but once you get to know him, he is more open and funny. Tre because I often have a...disturbed mind.
20. who could you see yourself as friends with, tre mike or billie? *no stupid BILLY JO CUZ HE IS HAWT answers* Oh gosh...most likely Mike. I'm a pretty laid back person. I'm pretty shy, but once you get to know me, I can be funny (well, my friends say so) and talkative. I don't know Mike personally (although I wish i could), but he seems like the laid back funny guy. I can definately see us hanging out. :D

35. how they all met and became Green Day Billie and Mike met at school and quickly became best friends due to their love of music. They played all the time and eventually wanted a band. They started "Sweet Children" with John as the drummer. Later, they changed their name to Green Day. Eventually, John wanted to go back to school and left Billie in Mike.Then The Lookouts,Tre's first band, split. Tre was alread friends with Billie and Mike and quickly joined the band, thus being the amazing trio we call Green Day.
36. Gilman and how that impacted their careerGilman was the first place they ever played. The experienced things they have always wanted. Lawernce Livermore said that the first time they played, it was as if it was The Beatles performance at Shea Stadium. That obviously shows that playing there was a big deal for them and made them feel more like a band.
37. Lawrence Livermore. Who he was and how he impacted Green Day. He is the owner of Lookout Records. He put out Green Day's first 2 albums and became a close friend. And not to forget, he brought our little Tre Cool into the drumming world by getting him to join The Lookouts.
Why Are You So Special?
38. Why should we accept you? (make it detailed): Green Day is not some band that I will ever dislike. They will always be there for me. I think you should accept me because of that. I love meeting new people who feel the same as I do and you guys seem cool like that.
