what should I make for dinner?

Hey all,
I plan on showing family and friends the great Australian cinematic classic "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Dessert" and was thinking of making 'typical Aussie fare' for food. The only things that came to mind though were meat pies and ANZAC biscuts. Any other ideas?

Kangaroo, barramundi, crocodile, buffalo, prawns, all good and all available at Vic Market and some at larger supermarket chains. Wash it down with a decent red from any number of fabulous wine regions in the country and then invite me!
