Are you screening comments before you let them through? I have left a couple of love notes, but they don't seem to be showing up in the threads.

Nvm. I believe I solved this problem for myself. It left the comments, but since I wasn't signed in, I couldn't see them. In the future I'll have to remember to sign in, then leave the comment on anon.

nope, the default setting is that everything is unscreened. one known livejournal problem is that new comments on an entry take a while to show up if you aren't logged in with an account, so maybe that's why you can't see them immediately after you've posted them?
