How weird. I was just thinking the same thing.

There's a 4 1/2 apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) accross the hall that's completely empty. Since we live in an older building, when our toilet broke down this week the landlord just told us to shove it and use the vacant place next door.

I really like the feeling that hits you when you walk into an empty apartment or condo (I've been in a few.... really, I have). Especially the brand spanking new ones. The space is almost palpable and your mind just starts going in overdrive to fill it in. I love it.

Providing that it happens, I can't wait until I can actually afford *space* like that. A view might be nice, too. And sun. Yes.

Go condo.
