I've had so much fun getting to know you and Syrus over the years but I'd have to say my fav memory is from when after one of your 4th of July BBQs we went to watch the fireworks from that little hill just down the road from your house. Its not that the fireworks were spectacular or anything, the evening just had this warm cozy feeling of 'family' to it.

When you took me to your work party in Sac which had a dance element and we actually got the DJ to play Bela Lugosi's dead. At the same party, there was that Christmas tree and some antique trains and you wanted to get one of the ornaments off of the tree. They were really high up though.

Then there was that time in the Snicker's bar w/ Pat and Sean where we were making up new lyrics for I said Fred's "too sexy" about a sad gargoyle who is frustrated w/ having to be trapped in stone and a dragon of elegance who lives in a cave. Good times.

Oh, guess it was 'right said fred' that did that song. Oh well, it wasn't really anything we listened to, per se. It was just popular and all over the media at the time.

I think it was having you be so encouraging and supportive when I was a kid, praising what I wrote and drew. I would have gladly adopted you as an older sister. :)
