If we make any mistakes on this one ala dropping it on its head or spilling Drano on it at least it’s not ours. That would be traumatic.

As long as you remember to pick the baby back up, or wipe off the Drano. The first time I pick my child up from your apartment and he/she reeks of plumbing fluid, you are so off the Bar Mitzvah invite list.
