Today marks the 6-month anniversary of Cadie's transplant.

Life is funny sometimes. As a parent I am reliving all of my childhood adventures again through Cadence. It is a shock and adjustment at some of the things we attend, because as a young child it leaves you awe. We took Cadie to the circus yesterday. Im sitting here sick to my stomach because Cadie's mail order meds are refusing to send her medication (immuno-suppressants!!!) because of THEIR errors. The first few times we used them they did not bill the ins. correctly or in the correct order. Things got passed around and sat on desks forever. I went through more of our things in one of our guest rooms today. This room will be the baby's room. I found a HUGE plastic tote full of summer clothes for Cadence, all new with tags that I had gotten the previous year on clearance. GRRRRRR!!! How the hell did I forget about that?

I wonder if anyone checks the gender of the players in the Olympics. I've been glued to the softball tournaments and I could swear half the Chinese players could pass off as men.

Cadence was concieved April 11 2005.
She was discharged from her transplant surgery April 11, 2008.
She was born on a tuesday.
The gift of life through organ donation occured on a tuesday.
Baby #2 EDD is April, on a tuesday.

Estimated due date: April 5th 2009.

Current mood: Irritable and pukey and its just the very beginning!
