Yeah. Four bedrooms, a vacation house, and so forth, that's pretty well. Who takes three fancy vacations a year?

Especially since most of the four-person families I know-- especially with both kids away at school-- have three bedrooms at most, and almost nobody keeps a guest bedroom anymore.
