Awesome! I've never done an open-water swim like this before. Huge respect to you for tackling a competitive swimming event, especially one that's longer than any of my swim practices ever were!

Thanks! It was tough. It was much longer than any of my swim practices, too. I under-trained for this event, my longest previous swim practice was probably 2.0 miles, back in college. I only had a handful of swim practices above 1.5 miles this year.
