Ghetto ATM

I'm starting to think that there is a correlation between ATMs in a nice neighborhood giving out fresh $20s, while ATMs in working-class neighborhoods giving out ratty, torn $20s. I don't like it when my cash disintegrates in my hand.

That would explain the crack powder that was in the bottom of my wallet!

The vast majority of the ATM's in business locations are maintained by the business (somehow I manage our ATM at work right now). That means the business actually puts the money in the machine. So if the ATM is in a ghetto business, I suppose there is a better chance the cash they have to fill the machine may be a bit more ghetto.

This is a Wells Fargo ATM that is right next to the Wells Fargo branch, so I am assuming that the bank is the one who fills this ATM.
