Oh I dunno. Current thinking is that the brain is possibly supposed to have quantum computational capabilties. As a result, if you observe a Horizon editor's brain working, you can not work out the speed at which he is dumbing down the program or the direction he's pushing the BBC's lowest common denominator agenda.

Or something like that...
