I went to the dentist yesterday for a cleaning. Now my teeth hurt. Aren't clean teeth NOT supposed to hurt? On the other hand they look really purty. I like my purty teefs. I need some dental work done, only about $5,000 worth. *faints* But at least right now I have shiny painful teefs!

Yesterday we had a dual birthday party for Lulu and my Mom. Lu is going to be 10 on Wednesday and Mama, well she hit 10 years and years and years ago. It's hard to believe Lulu is going to be 10 already, a decade with my baby girl! Some times it feels like she's always been with me and some days she seems so new to me. I adore my little lady. Morning! How are you all doing today? Everything here is ok. Yesterday I had to go get new glasses. Apparently I need bifocals now which are more expensive, I ended up spending over $450 for 2 pairs of glasses. Sheesh. Just got home from voting. The kids and I were standing in line waiting when the polls opened this morning. It was raining and cold and even though we got there 30 minutes early we were about 30 people back in line. By the time 6:30 rolled around there were about 250 people in line. But we did it! I've been so busy lately and yet now that I want to tell you about it, I can't think of what I've been busy doing. Sheesh. Not long after my last post my Mama called and invited me to lunch. I got free food and because Daddy didn't want to leave yet I even got a milkshake! Life is good.
