the past year has.. without a doubt.. been pretty hellatious..:(
thankfully things are back on track.. or as much as they're gonna be .. and i'm feeling pretty good..
one reason for that is M.. whose smile and demented sense of humour cheer me up and never fail to make me grin.. thanks M..

whenever i'm blitzing chillies.. and scraping the mix from the blender.. i never *ever* get it straight into the bowl..
the worktop always ends up looking like the dog pooped on it.. which is kind of ewww.. -

handy tip #1...when boiling an egg...don't forget about it.. otherwise it'll explode all over your kitchen.. -

this year we went to San Francisco avisiting again.. i'd been looking forward to these oysters since we had them last time.. about 3 yrs ago..at the Marshall Store on Tamales Bay..
i'm craving them again.. they are *so* good i could eat a plateful by myself.. maybe next time..*sigh*..
