You can format the disk as FAT32 which can be read by all of those computers. Or you could partition the disk and format one for the PC's and one for the Mac.

Use NTFS, then use NTFS-3g for Mac OS X. At 1TB, FAT32 is wasting a *lot* of space, if it will even go that high.
