I got the new version of AIM so that you could send me all the wonderful pictures and videos of our camp misadventures. I miss you a lot ... I'd already gone to Berkeley to see you three or four times by this point lsat year ... it sucks not even having the option to possibly see you on a weekend or something.

It'd be nice, at least to get to read anything about your life these days. I sincerely hope all is well - which it at least seems to be. Sorry that I couldn't manage a conversation the last time you were online ...

Happy new year ... i hope you were able to find a nice service to go to, or that you were able to find some time to yourself and take in the new year :)
