1. Set to MSC under usb mode.
2. Drag and Drop to add music.
3. To delete:
( rename the sansa if it has a space in the name )
cd /Volume/Sansa_name
sudo rm -rf .Trashes
4. ???
5. Profit

well, I know at some point in the future it will become more problematic, as the next version of WMDRM demands that the device not present itself as mass storage, but rather use Microsoft's "Media Transfer Protocol". it's a known "standard", but still...
