School Nights
School has finally begun full swing. Fernando started classes almost a month ago, so he is out of the house Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights attending classes. This is his last semester. What I Did On My Summer "Vacation"
My life has been pretty eventful for the last month. Since I last posted, I've:- Put my two week notice in at work
- Attended two No Doubt concerts--one with Mona, the other with Elena
- Registered for classes at Cal Lutheran
- Trained my ex-boss' husband how to do my job
- Hosted my friend Danny (from SF) and his friend, Ester (from Spain) at my house ( Read more... )

"Congratulations! . . ."
I got my official letter of acceptance from Cal Lutheran today! My new life as a grad school student will begin soon. I already broke the news to my boss that my last day of work will be August 14th. She was shocked and disappointed that I'm leaving, but happy for me. I'm going to be leaving this job on good terms with the company, which is good ( Read more... ) -
Waiting
Just so you all know--my interview at CLU went well last Monday. Thank you for the prayers and positive vibes. I was super nervous for the first couple of minutes of the interview and I could tell I was talking a little too fast, but I eased into the interview and was a lot more "sure" of myself and spoke coherently for the remainder.
