I vote that if'n you're needing something to write, maybe Daisy and Weatherby after he marries a woman who's nice, but who goes away, dies in childbirth whatever and he meets back up with Daisy (who picks someone Jack can almost tolerate, Jack and Daisy have growing pains becos she gets to be too much like her Da, boyfriend proves himself wrong). Daisy is able to get him to play again and then they fall in love...
and a deleted fill in the blanks scene after Day is born where Harry suspects Jack of fooling around and she gets way outrageous, following Jack on what turns out to be a spy mission so that could be just her pissoffedness or pissoffedness + Danger over Jack's mission. Like in the scene you wrote where Jack was thinking about getting back in her good graces...
anywho...just oddball thoughts in the meantime. Love your writing, love your twisty wonderful brain. Thanks.
Wow, these are interesting ideas! I'll have to think about them further. I need to make me a list of prompts. Thank you again for all your wonderful comments, and for letting me know that you enjoy the Harry & the Pirate universe so much! What a thrill that is, there are really no words adequate.
All I will say about this is--if you were just a crummy writer, if you didn't turn a pretty phrase, or make interesting ideas to investigate or intrigue, if you'd only produce ho=hum dialogue, if you didn't provide nifty historical as well as clever adventures, well then you'd be free pf having my active little imagination at your elbow going, type more please, type this, more story, really really really. Oh, and you did the ultimate in no=nos--TADA--you reinforced our lovey affectionate fangurly squee-age! Oh my indeed. And of course you darlin' girl, you are so very welcome.
