Hmm, While I'd love to be that good, I have a feeling there's an issue with the amount of purchases allowed on that button, I have my technical specialist/boss/trainer of much awesomeness looking into it now :)

All better now, thanks for mentioning that :)

Nashua needs a crossfit studio :)

someone should get certified and get $$$ and go for it...

then again, Best Fitness just needs to hire a trainer - they have all the gear for the most part.

hemi-demi-semi crossfit for me though, work takes too much time commuting already. sigh.

Justin at Woodshed Fitness might have a location closer to you or your new work that he trains at :) He also like to do a lot of the stuff that you find interesting (using alternate tools and weights, etc) http://www.woodshedfitness.com/blog/

=)

You're one of the people that got into CF and got my interest right after I had read all of my friend JT's stuff about it, so thanks =)

i'll check'em out :)

hopefully with a motivated Spring/Summer, I can goto town in many ways... training is for when you aren't "competing (in life)... :)

and welcome. it's a good way to approach training that i'd been eyeing, and watched others myself for a few months, tried some, lucked out finding a new gym (literally build from the ground up on actual ground, in the Winter - brrr)... would love to be able to go there regularly and see benefits, but the distance... 5 on, 2 off? that's a JOB... and i have one now ;)

and 17 lbs down :)
