Most years I fail miserably and don't even get to the point to even start trying to lose weight. I've lost weight a few times before, but this year feels different. It's super hard to keep up with it. If I didn't have the goals I have and didn't have Michael helping me, I probably wouldn't be doing so well.

When I was dieting at first, I kept yo-yoing and it was horribly frustrating. I did read something about how it was best to have the bulk of your carbs in the morning because your body needs that fuel.
I tried a Zumba class at the gym once and it wore me out. I'm horribly uncoordinated.

Also, congratulations on losing so much weight. That's really impressive! I totally get why you're impatient, but, yeah. Unfortunately, frustration at weight plateaus and slow progress is pretty much an innate part of the entire weight loss battle. :-/

Thanks. Yeah, unfortunately I know it comes with the territory. I just have to learn to deal with it.

And congrats on the weight loss. 30 pounds is a lot, and even though I can understand that you're getting greedy and want to get to your target weight asap, I think you can be proud of yourself already.
I'm terrible with weight loss - a few years back, I lost about 16 pounds because I had stomach troubles for months and couldn't really consume anything but bread and tea without feeling sick. Nausea aside, I was super happy with how my body felt and looked back then, but unfortunately, I have a massive sweet tooth and no self control. As soon as my stomach was back to normal, I gained all the weight back. I'm not overweight, but I do miss the figure I had that summer.

Thanks! I am proud that I've managed to lose a lot and so far keep it off.
Hopefully one day you'll get that figure back.
