I'm feeling a little down. I went to my job interview. I thought it went fairly well. They didn't ask a lot of questions, but I thought I did a good job with the questions they asked. They said they were interviewing five people and would be hiring two. I thought my chances were good, but I got a call later and didn't get it

I thought about asking. He's the first person that I interviewed with that called to tell me I didn't get it. I thought about asking why, but not until after I'd hung up already. I didn't want to call back and ask.

I'm sorry you're feeling discouraged by the job search. It does sound, hon, as though you two need to get out into the world and begin your new life!
