I would say that an ejaculating penis is more likely to end tolerance than intolerance.

Pre-ejaculation: accepts anything that can get said individual from point B to point C (point A being unaroused, point B being aroused, point C being ejaculation)

Post-ejaculation: no more relief needed; intolerance returns
