This is for my northwest homey...

It's been a while, so I have a mammoth update... divide it up into chapters if you must.

After much gnashing of teeth and rending of hair I finally have a ticket to see U2 -- and it didn't cost me $500 which is a friggin' plus and a half. :) Many many thanks to Ranidae for being the magic man with the tickets, my connection to the switchboard of ( Read more... )

Yay! Glad to see an update from you. I was beginning to wonder what had happened to the dynamic duo!

You got a ticket to see U2?! So not fair.

Good luck on the job stuffs.

Oh..and Nina sounds just adorable, by the way. :)

We've just been busy with the new website and working and schooling and plus it's a full time job just beating a path through all of our fans and groupies to get to our cars every morning... you know how it is. :)

While I've not yet camped out in your driveway (or johndt's for that matter)to show my undying love and devotion to the great ones, I can imagine it's quite difficult getting through all those girls throwing themselves at you. It must get tiresome, yes? I had begun to plan a rescue mission, but since you are alive and well perhaps that's not needed.

Monday is my 30th birthday. You both should come and hang out with me. We must celebrate!

Oh, please -- you have to get line tickets to make it as far as our driveways. :)

Where shall we celebrate..? I've actually developed an injury that makes it tough to drive but if Johndt's around to pick me up, I'm totally in.

What about me? anonymous February 8 2005, 01:08:29 UTC
Won't I give an unbiased review of Interpol? I think I will! Or perhaps you can ask Ralph his opinion??? B/c his opinion is the only one that matters in this world.

Also, I buy almost all of my cd's and my dvd's from amazon (just one of the many reasons that I rock).

So is that a "yes" for Seven star???

Later,
Rapko

You don't have an unbiased bone in your body, Rapko--you've already pledged your soul to Interpol, so you're out. :P

Don't be so sure about that, I am sure there is a teeny tiny unbiased bone somewhere! :) That means I am IN!

You may not even be able to hear the band with all the DRAMA going on in the background. HA!

send me your resume. if your thinking about the NW, leverage your NW homey!!! I -do- know people outside of the bookstore you know.

the only thing you have to remember about statistics is what my hong kongian female stats prof said about probabilities involved in tossing a coin. She said, "success is when you get the head." She was ahead of her time.
