I mailed off the final payment to the lawyer handling the house. I'm broke now...but it's done.

The house should be mine by July.

At least that'll be the last of mom's things to deal with and maybe then...I can move on. :-/

That's great news, it really is. I cannot wait for it all to go through and be finalized. It's going to be good for all of you once that stability is set and can be a step towards healing, etc.

And hey, when the house is yours, and your brother annoys you, you can legally toss him out, lol. ;)~

Sadly, as much as I wish it were true...nope...the house will be half his too....gotta follow my mother's wishes and such.
