If men actually buy the former and women the latter, it's no longer sexist, it's just good marketing. Sexism implies seeing a difference that doesn't exist, like 'men are superior'. If it's something that can be shown in statistics, like 'the majority of home-cooked meals are prepared by women', then it's a provable fact, not a person's misguided opinion. Besides, if you don't like the idea behind the Easy Charger, you can just buy the Dock & Go instead.

There are some truly terrifying advances in marketing, though. I just read about 'psychographics', which involve getting a profile of someone's personality via how they play video games, what they watch on Tivo, etc, then sending ads that target their specific desires and insecurities.
