Not much to say

I have been very anti-social lately. Don't really know what my problem is. There has been lot's of contemplating and whatnot. Also, lot's of movies...and I finally started picking up steam in The Gargoyle. I guess I have been doing my part to (successfully) avoid reality. There has been a lot on my mind, but nothing earth-shattering. Hopefully I ( Read more... )

Aw. You shouldn't (edited to be shouldn't) be afraid of honeybees and bumblebees! They're very gentle. My hubby's a beekeeper. :)

Wasps, hornets and yellow jackets? Hel yes, be afraid of them.

Aw thanks Sascha. :) I have been picking up extra shifts lately to help pay off some debt, so I am sure that has something to do with it. Other than that, I don't really know what my problem is.

I bought The Gargoyle!!!

But I feel obligated to finish Witch Season: Summer & Fall. Ugh. It's an interesting idea, but I hate hate hate his way of writing. I'm bored with it. It's predictable. My friend told me to stop reading it. He said I'm not in school, forced to read it. Meh...

I also have on order Winged Pharaoh by Joan Grant, which should be arriving any day, now.

It was a little disturbing when I realize the things Edward does which may me cry "unhealthy message!" at thirty are the same things I would have swooned about at fourteen.

I have heard many opinions that are similar to this. I still think it's romantic. I know, I am hopeless.

Hey, don't worry about not wanting to be social. I think a lot of intelligent folks go through it once in awhile. I know I have a cycle where, every few months, I just don't want to do anything with anyone...except for Jack, but Jack-dog is an exception to nearly all my rules. ;)

All I can say is, if they're true friends, they're fine with it and won't mind you taking time for yourself, which is extremely important.

Aw, thanks Jill. :) It's good to know that other people go through this as well.
