Matt's promotion came through yesterday! He has to work out his scheduled hours this week and next week at customer service, but he's already got the pay raise, and supervisor access, and the training materials.

Thank you to anyone who's been praying, lighting candles, etc.!

Yeah for you and for Matt. I am so happy for both of you. I didnt know he was up for a promotion, which makes all this news even cooler. Great job Matt, adn congrats to the both of you. hopefully this will make things easier.
