Wow seven years. I remember when it was still your greatest dream to find her again after a long time apart. Time certainly does go it's merry way.

You seem to have found your way to a very good spot in mind and in time. I wish you sucess in the changes you are looking to make for yourself. I can wholly relate to spring cleaning for both the inside and out.

I've always loved the notion of "Spring Cleaning". Though generally viewed as a time for tidying up the mess of the last year, I've always appreciated it more as a time of re-birth, in my case a 28th second chance to make a fresh start.

Certainly a time for change in all aspects of our lives. Except for my World of Warcraft habit. I have no plans to change that. ;-D

Oh, bless you, bless you, bless you, Scott. You are such a kind, sweet man already, even if you don't realize it. Not that I am in any way trying to discourage your plans for self care, never that. You are a wonderful person, whom I am happy to call friend, so the thought of you taking care, seeing a physician in order to change some of your lifestyle such that you will remain with us all in a healthy happy body makes me glad.
