The footage was shot somewhere in the vicinity of 1989. Supposedly, this gentleman was hired by Winnebago to make an industrial film showcasing their newest models, and these were the outtakes. The footage was pieced together by members of the production team who didn't appreciate his attitude, and the video was passed around person-to-person for years until someone finally posted it on the internet several years later.
As far as I know, attempts at finding Angry RV Man have been unsuccessful.
