Why are people so invariably drawn to big red buttons? This question has always puzzled me, because in my experience, even if everyone knows that hitting the button is a bad idea, someone will invariably walk up and press it without thinking twice. This action generally leads to much confusion and sometimes panic (fire alarm buttons for instance),
