haha yeah...I get the Kashi Go Lean crunch cereal. It's so hard on your mouth and it tastes so bland, but it's certainly better than eating plain old oatmeal all the time. Putting a banana in there helps. I eat carbs, but they're the complex kind. Oatmeal, 100% wheat everything, brown rice... but I hate them. Sometimes I just put my oatmeal in the blender with my chocolate protein shake with a banana and some natural peanut butter, and just drink it all down. Get it over with.
Haha, oh man, the Kashi stuff is hardcore. I got it like back when I first had my weightloss surgery because they were all about us getting in a lot of protein, and I figured if I could scarf down a bowl of it each day, that i'd be doing good...anyway, it made me sick as hell, lol. The hamsters liked it though, I guess it gave them something to file their teeth on =) The instant banana oatmeal is good, btw, but I don't think it's whole grains..lol.
