Burning down the house

My dad has always gotten up at some ridiculous hour of the morning and cooked something very heavy smelling. Alot of times I'd wake up to some crazy bacon or sausage smell, accompanied by coffee and cigarette smoke

geeez! sounds scary...my sister burnt our kitchen once cuz she was cooking bacon and went downstairs to the basement to play a game and forgot about it and fell asleep...

well...

our dog starts barking and flippin out and the smoke alarm (thankfully) went off... and my little brother austin woke up and ran to wake up my dad... luckily the fire didn't spread to the whole house and it just did some pretty bad damage in our kitchen.

the worse part of it all.... my sister threw a big bowl of water on it... yes..thats right...threw a bowl of water on a grease fire! So had she not done that...the fire wouldn't have been nearly as bad...

but no one was hurt... so that was great....

I'm glad everything turned out fine...and that nobody was hurt on your end too!
