Exactly. There would be more investment in the clothing as a tool, versus having large racks of single-purpose, semi-disposable articles. I was also imagining the clothes being simpler to clean, perhaps a device the size of a wide printer that you pass your shirt through once a week, which uses less water (or something different) and doesn't require drying.

The nice thing about this is that I could have the shirts tailored properly to fit my body shape. I have an unusually narrow waist for a guy.
