He really is, isn't he? He's 21 and single, and educated! Just saying! (Actually, do you remember a while back when I posted about being worried about my cousin, as he was in Beirut for school and they were evacuating? And my Auntie Hanan hadn't heard from him? While the Israelis were bombing? That's him. He got back to Amman just fine--a busload of college kids made it out, and while she didn't want him to go back to Beirut to finish, he only had a year left at the time and it would have taken him much longer to graduate had he transferred elsewhere.) He just kinda takes all that in stride--very level headed guy.
Actually, his older brother, Zaid, is attending grad school at Rice in Houston right now. Not so much on the single though--he has a stunningly beautiful girlfriend.
Yes, he really is & sounds like a cousin to be proud of for WAY more than being a rock star. And yes, I remember when you posted that. I can't imagine going to college in a city where we might get BOMBED. I mean, tornadoes are bad enough, the water cut off, gas line breaks, all the stuff Morgan has had happen while she's in college~~ but BOMBING? Can't imagine it.
