Liz and I ended up getting tickets to the Vampire Weekend show tonight (which has been sold out FOREVER) from their record label. They were really fun and even played a few new songs. Awesome! Love the Schwartzman reference. BTW have you checked out Coconut Records? He's fucking amazing! Did they play at the Troub? Seems like the perfect venue. I'm so excited for the show Sunday. Wheeee!

I have listened to some of the Coconut Records stuff and have liked what I've heard. They played at the El Rey, my 2nd favorite venue.
