I'll say this : getting your head bitten off does sound pretty strange in the non-lethal events category. Perhaps the new lover considered this a traditional mating practice? ;)
No, i'm pretty certain it's a case of a metaphore taken litterally.
The new lover is a new passion i've been indulging in recently, RPing a country in a fairly free-for-all forum way. I had been very idle in there & decided to get back into things by RPing a revolution. It was developing nicely, when one of the site's starters imposed a ban on violent war/revolution RPs. Not knowing that i was far from the only one RPing a revolution, i felt personally attacked.
It had been on my mind & kept me from sleeping for a long time, before i evetually did fall asleep & had that dream. It told me what my next action should be: to stand up for myself & that's what i did.
My stand wasn't really bold. I just explained where i was coming from & asked, 'Why not tell me?' Turned out the criticism wasn't against me (much) after all.
I feel the same way about RP paradise, but it seems it won't be quite so paradisial after all, just a temporary ceasation of hostilities.

So how did your bold stand go? (I'm guessing I know which site you're on about btw, but I've forgotten the name)
Anyway, imo if you're only allowed to roleplay a peace paradise it's always artificial. But I guess that's just me.
