Keep in mind I never to my recollection have had pretty women I was not already well-acquainted with attempt to throw themselves at me.

Sometimes, people have just enough courage to go up to the hot girl with the violin and tell her she's hot, but not enough courage to continue the conversation after that. Also, sometimes, if there's drinking involved, then the same amount of alcohol that gives people a boost in courage also gives them a decreased attention span.
