Last I checked, it was Valentine's Day. Now it's March 1st? WTH happened?

Oh yeah, I remember. I spent them glued to my computer screen watching baby hummingbirds mature, and then fledge. And now I'm waiting with baited breath for them to make an appearance at their feeder. What an experience. And I've chatted with some fabulous people from ( Read more... )

EEEK! They flew?? HURRAY!!! Did it happen like you thought? One whacking the other otu of the nest?

You are so welcome!! LENGTH CHECK! I didn't get to knit at all yesterday but I worked a good deal today. Of course I had to pull 10 rows out and do them over but, that's me not being able to let it go ^_^;;

I really liked sitting and knitting with you. We need to do it again SOOOOON! Like say, sunday?

Sunday? You know it sweetcheeks!! That is, if a certain other someone isn't going to come along and ruin our peace! :)

The babies flew the coop at about noon their time on Saturday. Didn't go exactly as we had all hoped, as they were spooked by a hand getting rid of a spiderweb. But they flew off strong so it was obvious they were ready to go. They were just being lazy and hanging around!!
