One week of Atkins.  Looking back a week seemed like a breeze.  Looking forward, 2 more months to reach my goal sounds like hell.  Ironic, eh?

Well here's the weight update:  7 days and 6 pounds lighter.  I feel it too.  My pants fit a wee bit looser.  I feel good.  So far no weird side effects like dizziness, headaches or constipation like what I ( Read more... )

I tried to find a cute little green shirt to wear to the bar on Wednesday and couldn't come up with a damn thing!

But, I did get a little black halter that was on sale. Umm, can you say MAJOR cleavage! Boy am I glad I got em!
