My secret is pretty much what I wrote to Geneva above:
"I joined Weight Watchers in April just on a fluke, really. A friend was joining and asked me if I wanted to. After I lost about 15 pounds, I started exercising - treadmill/walking, biking, yoga, zumba, etc. I also started drinking a cup (literally 8 ounces) of coffee in the morning. It sped up my metabolism a bit and gave me more energy for exercise, without interrupting my sleep. I don't think it's been as effective lately, so I'm probably going to wean myself off of it and save it as a tool in my arsenal if I need it later on. Going to try to lose another 20 by next summer!"
