http://www.viceland.com/int/v14n4/htdocs/flip.php?country=us <--here read this. Viceland did that feature on the prison in Cebu. The prison warden made the inmates dance for this Viceland journalist.

Now the dancing is a joke and is "cool", but not when you've read this article.
