Lately I've been spending basically every day with this girl next door, who is transferring to another school next year. (Or my one roommate, who suddenly finds everyone but me to be annoying... but that's another story for another day.) The one moving away's become so much more interesting to me now that she's leaving and I don't ever have to see

This may sound random but I just always wanted to tell you that you remind me so much of my mom. Like she loves sunshine and Franny and Zooey and Breakfast At Tiffany's and vanilla scented candles...I swear it's uncanny. It's fascinating to me!

Don't you get out of school soon? I mean it's the middle of April, there can't be that much time until it's over. I know exactly how you feel, though. Leaving school to go back home is a wonderful feeling. Knowing that you've just completed a huge undertaking that won't bother you again for a long time. Freedom, baby.
