WoW!!! Congrats to Brian!!! That's alot of weight!!! Did you lose some two during the bike time.
I need to make a wegiht loss post too! For Chad (my husband) he's lost a total of 95 lbs so far but he wants me to wait till he get's to his goal weight. ^^
You are so inspiring! I need to get in shape but I'm having a really hard time doing it. As a vegetarian, my options for protein are a bit limited. It's not too safe to bike in San Diego unless you drive to a more secluded area. Also, since my boyfriend got in his huge accident, I'm a little wary and he gets very nervous about getting on a bicycle again. :/ I ate shit the last time we were riding together and he freaked out.
I need one of those hold-your-bike-and-turn-it-into-an-elliptical type things.

We're back in the gym now though for the winter. I got lazy in the weird between fall and winter time.
He is still looking to lose about 30-40 more pounds. I have no doubt that he will. He's been a beast. Haha
That's great about your husband! How awesome. I've seen so many success stories lately. It makes me heart happy.
