this is ridiculous. i don't think those bastards at delta understand what this really means. not only am i going to waste an ENTIRE 24 hours of my already too short spring break doing absolutley nothing in alpharetta georgia, but i have to wait to see kristin. they don't get it. the idea of this day really kept me going for a long while now. i ( Read more... )

Yeah...this is totally unacceptable. I've never been a big fan of Delta (don't get me started)...never mind, we did. Yeah - so a big problem with them is that they don't hurt on the international market so they tend to treat you rather shit-y like. Write letters, in fact - we should all right letters. Focus on all the personal shit and make them feel bad. Then insist that because of this you will ONLY fly Airtran, BritAirways, Luft, KLM, and basically ANYONE but those MOFOS! Get your money, erin. I have sat there and watched you SLAVE because of this trip and I was fucking peeing in my pants excited for you. Oh no - this is NOT acceptable. I am sooo sorry hun and after I got of the phone with you my DAD even said he'd write a letter letting them know how piss-ass-poor they are. Shitty. That's corporate America for you. Didn't we pass a passenger bill of rights? Who says we don't need corporate regulation? Fuckers. I'm pissed as hell. Talk to me when I calm down...and then we're getting you fucking compensation. Damn.
